A first-of-its-kind collaboration, Clean & Prosperous Institute study missions bring Washington’s leading decision makers and community members on field journeys to learn about other jurisdictions pursuing market-based greenhouse gas reduction policies, like the Climate Commitment Act. Participants have included businesses, NGOs, state and local agency officials, and Democratic and Republican lawmakers.
