Hilary Franz to present award at Future of Carbon Policy Forum

Washington’s Commissioner of Public Lands, Hilary Franz, will present the second annual  David & Patricia Giuliani Clean Energy Entrepreneur Award on January 5th, atop Seattle’s Columbia Tower. At last year’s forum, Franz described her plan to protect Washington’s forests by monetizing the carbon sequestration of our public forest lands.
